NRS1.020. Courts of record. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

  The following courts are courts of record:

      1.  The Supreme Court;

      2.  The district courts;

      3.  The Justice courts; and

      4.  The municipal courts:

      (a) In any case in which a jury trial is required; or

      (b) If so designated pursuant to NRS 5.010.
