NRS1.010. Courts of justice. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

  The following shall be the courts of justice for this State:

      1.  The Supreme Court.

      2.  The district courts.

      3.  Justice courts.

      4.  Such municipal courts as may from time to time be established by the Legislature in incorporated cities or towns.
