NRS590.860. Transfer of portion of ending balance in Fund to account created in NRS 408.242.

If the balance in the Fund for Cleaning Up Discharges of Petroleum at the end of any fiscal year is estimated at $7,500,000 or more, the Department shall transfer to the account created pursuant to NRS 408.242 the balance in the Fund for Cleaning Up Discharges of Petroleum which exceeds $7,500,000.
