NRS155.050. Service of citation.

Latest version.

The citation described in NRS 155.040 is to be served in the same manner as the personal service of summons. If personal service cannot be made upon the person to be served, the citation may be served by leaving a copy with the person’s attorney of record or in such other manner as the court may direct.
